From Ranong pier to Koh Phayam island: Low season ( May - October ) 2PM , Koh Phayam - Ranong : 8-30AM
High season : from Ranong : 9 Am and 2.30 PM, from Koh Phayam : 8.30 AM and 2PM - 150 baht per person
Speedboat - high season only : Ranong - Koh Phayam 10AM and 2.30PM and Koh Phayam - Ranong 9AM and 1PM - 350 baht pp
When you come to Koh Phayam pier - by motorbike taxi 10 minutes, 50 baht pp, or if you rent motorbike - just follow signs on the road-
