| MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM The Buffalo Bay Vacation Club® ("BBVC") membership program ("Program") and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Buffalo Bay Vacation Club, Ko Phayam island, Thailand. 1. Membership in the Program is available to individuals or family as stated in these Program Terms and Conditions. You may maintain only one card per family. Companies and/or other entities cannot enroll. There is no enrollment fee for this Program. BBVC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this Program upon 90 days' written notice to all members. BBVC reserves the right to cancel any membership card only for serious reasons. BBVC reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Terms and Conditions. Any such changes will be shown in these Terms and Conditions on the buffalobayclub.com web site and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. You may earn your Points beginning with the date of your enrollment in the Program. Points will not be earned for stays made prior to the date of your enrollment as shown in club records. Membership card is transferable to your friends and family members. GOLD and PLATINUM MEMBERSHIPS Gold membership will be awarded to you if you earn 35,000 points during one or several stays. Platinum membership will be awarded to you if you earn 350,000 points. Guaranteed Room Availability for Platinum Members: When contacting the Club each Platinum level member will be guaranteed one room for personal use, for reservations made at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. . CLUB GROUP MEETING REWARDS Group organizer will earn additional 10% points for every group members spending. MEMBERSHIP POINTS Points never expire The more you stay and spend in club – the more you earn. 1 point = 1 Baht. Basic Membership —start after you first stay in Club. • Accommodation benefits – 5% discount from our lowest rate. • Food and Beverage benefits -5% discount for restaurant and 5% discount for bar bills • Resort activities – 5% discount Priority in room reservation Gold Membership – after you earn more than 35,000 points • Accommodation benefits – 15% discount from our lowest rate • Food and Beverage benefits -10% discount for restaurant and 10% discount for bar bills • Resort activities – 10% discount Top priority in room reservation Platinum Membership — after you earn more than 350,000 points • Accommodation benefits – 20% discount from our lowest rate • Food and Beverage benefits -15% discount for restaurant and 15% discount for bar bills • Resort activities – 10% discount First priority in room reservation and availability. Personal table in restaurant. |
