    Please read carefully each bungalows description before making any booking. All reservations online are non-refundable – this is related to
    limited availability in high we plan on our website with fixed prices. We can provide additional discount for online bookings also if guests
    stay for a long time. For walk-in guests – only the last rows of bungalows are available for rent and the rental price is different from online
    booking.

    Free of charge for children under 5 years old, sharing accommodation with parents.   
    All bungalows are non-smoking, smoking allowed only on terrace .
    Credit cards temporary not accepted.
    Deluxe and Superior Bungalow - maximum 2 adults per bungalow.
    Deluxe Family Bungalow -maximum 3 adults per room  or two adults  + 2 children.
    Children more than 12 years - same policy as for adults.

    Ranong airport - Ranong pier - 1200 baht ( 30 minutes)

    In low season resort operate with limited services: not all food and drinks available in restaurant
    and most of activities ( fishing, snorkeling, diving ) very weather depending.
